2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

We offer refunds and returns under the following conditions:

a) E-Books

  • Refund requests for e-books must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be issued if:
    • The e-book file is corrupted or unreadable.
    • The wrong e-book was delivered due to a technical issue.
  • No refunds will be processed if the e-book has been downloaded or accessed.

b) Online Courses & Tutorials

  • Refund requests for online courses and tutorials must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that:
    • No more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
    • The course or tutorial was not purchased as part of a discounted bundle.
  • If the course or tutorial is incomplete or contains significant technical errors, we may offer a refund or a credit toward a different course.

c) Live Classes

  • Refund requests for live classes must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
  • No refunds will be granted for missed classes or partial attendance.
  • If a class is canceled due to technical issues or instructor unavailability, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

d) Consultations

  • Refund requests for consultations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed or partially attended sessions unless rescheduling is requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If the consultant fails to attend the session, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following products and services are non-refundable:

  • E-books that have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Partially completed or accessed online courses or tutorials beyond 20% of the content.
  • Live classes or consultations attended or missed without proper notice.
  • Products or services purchased as part of a special promotion or bundle (unless defective).

4. How to Initiate a Refund or Return

To request a refund or return, follow these steps:
